Description:

Bring your Game Boy into the modern era with a vivid IPS LCD screen upgrade for Game Boy Advance SP consoles from Funnyplaying

The pack includes the LCD panel (with bonded screen lens) and the ribbon flex cable.

A single wire needs to be soldered to mainboard point Q12B as part of the installation.

Once installed you can enjoy fantastic picture clarity with no screen tearing.

Other items needed which are not included: Modified console housing, basic tools to fit this screen, soldering iron, non of these items are included.

To install this upgrade you will need to modify the console housing, which you can do yourself by cutting your own shell to make the room for the LCD.

You will need to have some patience and good electronics skills to fit this kit.

Please note that the LCD screen and ribbon cable require care to install and are fragile in nature, they are also more susceptible to damage once installed if the console is dropped, LCD screens can crack under pressure or with a impact, our warranty does not cover accidental / user damage of any components in this kit. Replacement parts will be available to purchase separately in the near future.
